Apache Maven JavaDoc Plugin Version 3.1.0 Released

The Apache Maven team is pleased to announce the release of the Apache Maven JavaDoc Plugin, version 3.1.0.

The Javadoc Plugin uses the Javadoc tool to generate javadocs for the specified project.
